- Inventory Management:
- Manage inventory levels to meet customer demand.
- Monitor stock levels and place orders as needed.
- Conduct regular inventory checks and audits.
- Visual Merchandising:
- Maintain visually appealing displays and store layout.
- Implement and update visual merchandising standards.
- Financial Management:
- Achieve sales targets and revenue goals.
- Monitor and manage store expenses and budgets.
- Prepare and analyze sales and financial end of day reports/ Banking.
- Operational Excellence:
- Ensure store operations run smoothly and efficiently.
- Enforce store policies and procedures.
- Address any operational issues promptly.
- Proven experience in retail management.
- Strong leadership and team-building skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
