Good to know

Do I need to be in?+

For treats, no: our treat boxes fit through the letterbox, so if you have pets, bear that in mind. Homeware comes in a bigger parcel that won't fit through, so someone may need to be in for DPD.

Can I change or cancel?+

Postal order contents can't be changed. You can cancel up to 28 hours before: a posted order, before its dispatch day starts at 10am in Mullingar; delivery by our van (office orders too), before delivery starts at 8am on its day; a collection, before collection starts at 10am on its day. Cupcakes and bulk orders follow the same rule. To cancel, email info@2210patisserie.ie (or reply to your order email) with your order number. Celebration cakes: a full refund up to two weeks before; after that we keep a €50 booking charge. Homeware and books: within 14 days of receiving them (not a book Una has written a personal message in).

My parcel arrived damaged+

Sorry! Email info@2210patisserie.ie with your order number and a photo. Our courier collects it so we can look into it, and we'll refund or replace it.

I gave the wrong address+

Please include your Eircode and check the address: we can't refund or replace a parcel sent to a wrong or incomplete address.
