Allergens
Important nut allergy notice
At 2210 Patisserie, the safety of our customers comes first. Our bakery uses nuts in many recipes. Because nuts are present and cross-contamination is possible, we strongly advise anyone with a nut allergy not to eat our products.
We take great care to prevent cross-contamination, but we can't guarantee a nut-free environment. Eating our products is at your own risk, and 2210 Patisserie can't accept responsibility for allergic reactions.
We're sorry for any inconvenience and thank you for understanding.

The 14 allergens
The law names 14 allergens: gluten (wheat, rye, barley, oats), milk, eggs, nuts, peanuts, soya, sesame, mustard, celery, sulphites, lupin, fish, crustaceans and molluscs.
What we sell uses eleven of them: gluten, milk, eggs, nuts, peanuts, soya and sulphites in our bakes, and mustard, sesame, celery and fish as well in some savoury and brunch dishes. None of the products on this website lists lupin, crustaceans or molluscs. Everything is made in the one kitchen in Mullingar, so traces of any allergen we use are possible.
Gluten-free bakes
Some of our bakes are made without gluten-containing ingredients. They're made in the same kitchen as everything else, where we use wheat flour every day, so we can't rule out traces of gluten. For that reason we don't recommend them for anyone with coeliac disease or a gluten allergy.
Where a product's page lists its allergens, they come from our recipes. Where a page doesn't show them (some cakes, office orders and the café menu's counter items), please ask us before you order: email info@2210patisserie.ie or call 085 158 4158. Our team in the shops can show you the allergen list for anything on the counter.
