We understand that returns and refunds can be a hassle, so we’ve tried to make it as simple and straightforward as possible. Here are some important points to keep in mind:

If you provide the wrong address or do not provide an eircode there is no refund or replacement.

Our refund and returns policy lasts for 30 days from the date of purchase. If it has been more than 30 days since your purchase, unfortunately we cannot offer you a full refund or exchange.

For custom orders such as Cakes, Donut Towers, and Cupcakes, we can offer a full refund if the order is cancelled at least two weeks before the date. If there is a cancellation within 14 days of the custom order, we can only refund partial payment due to a booking charge of €50 for the selected date.

To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused and in the same condition as when you received it, and it must be in the original packaging.

Please note that there are some items that are non-returnable, including gift cards, downloadable software products, and some health and personal care items.

To complete a return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is approved, we will process the refund and credit your original method of payment within a certain amount of days.

Sale items are non-refundable, and we only replace items if they are defective or damaged.

If you have a faulty product and are not happy with it, we will give a refund if the product is returned.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning an item, and the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance for more expensive items to ensure that they are returned safely.

We’re sorry for any inconvenience caused by a faulty postal order. We do offer refunds for postal orders, but please be aware that our courier will need to collect the item so that we can conduct our own investigation. We want to ensure that we have all the information needed to prevent similar issues in the future.
